The Stylus Profil granite grinder can process marble and granite products in various finishes and has opened up space for us to offer new and higher quality products.
The grinder is designed for grinding and polishing the edges of granite and marble slabs with a thickness of 10-120 mm. It is possible to process the edges straight, rounded or in a combination.
With flat grinding, high-quality and fast polishing is possible up to a thickness of 80 mm, and with rounded grinding up to 150 mm. For precise adjustment of heavier stone slabs to the limiter (weighing up to 1000 kg), a lifting-rotary table equipped with an air cylinder for lifting the slabs above the table surface is used. This facilitates the production process and the processing of edges, and allows us to develop and offer new types of processing on the edges of marble and granite products.
The granite grinder simultaneously enables the production of a high-quality product, and on the other hand, it speeds up the production process. Ultimately, by installing the new machine, we have also created new jobs.
