This machine can process stone elements up to 100 mm thick. In addition to polishing edges, it is possible to carve grooves on window sills, calibrate granite or marble elements to achieve perfect accuracy in the thickness of the stone or cut anti-slip strips on stairs.
It is possible to produce edges of various profiles: flat, semi-rounded, rounded, etc.
The machine also has a conveyor belt on which stone elements are placed, which are pressed by special pneumatic pistons, thus securing the pieces that slide along the belt and reach the part of the machine where they are processed. The machine consists of a calibrator, two diamonds that make pre-cuts and make it easier for the next diamond to profile the edges, then we have seven polishing heads, four heads for removing chamfers and finally a diamond disc for removing grooves on stone elements.
The rear head is also predisposed for mounting a rammer that is used to cut anti-slip strips, most often on stairs. As we have said, the machine is fully automated, which means that it positions itself according to commands from the main monitor.
